Customer Care

We have a dedicated customer care team who work solely to complete remedial works and making good to drylining and plastering within occupied homes.

All appointment requests are organised directly by our Customer Care Manager, who will keep in close contact with the customers, the clients and our operatives to ensure the targets for each job are met, and that they are carried out efficiently.

We always understand the importance of providing exceptional quality workmanship, but even more so when working in occupied homes. Our customer care operatives have a conscientious and professional approach to each job to ensure complete customer confidence and satisfaction.
